Steven Bain
President

Mr. Bain has served as the President of Simply Mac since the company was founded in August of 2006. Since inception, Bain has managed the overall strategic objectives, vision and leadership of Simply Mac. Bain also currently serves as a member of the National Reseller Advisory Board for Apple.

Mr. Bain has worked in the wireless and consumer technology industries for the past 17 years, including 4 years at T-Mobile USA where he served as the Channel Director of National Retail Field Sales, managing over 6000 national retail and prepaid locations across the country. 

Prior to T-Mobile, Bain worked as Director of Business Development and Vice President of Retail Sales at ePhones, a wireless products company. Mr. Bain began his career in the wireless phone industry through employment with Cellular ONE and later was the President and Co-Founder of Utah Cellular and Communications, the first chain of Cellular ONE/AT&T Wireless retail dealer locations in the Salt Lake market.

Kent Forsgren 
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Forsgren joined Simply Mac in April of 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer. Forsgren also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Spring Mobile, a chain of AT&T Wireless retail stores based in Utah. Mr. Forsgren’s career includes an extensive background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, M & A strategy and integration and financial management.

Most recently, Forsgren served as Chief Financial Officer for Leslee Scott, Inc., a Sorenson Capital portfolio company where he played a key role implementing key bank and board reporting metrics, implementation of aggressive VC strategies and procedures, and meeting financial growth goals and expectations.

Tyler Dickman 
Director of Operations

Tyler was the founder and Managing Partner of MacSomething, now known as Simply Mac. As Managing Partner he restructured the full operations of MacSomething, resulting in an increase of sales revenues of over 300% in comparison to former ownership.

Prior to purchasing MacSomething, Mr. Dickman was the Operations Manager for Accuscan Health Imaging.

Joel Rackham 
Director of Sales

Mr. Rackham joined Simply Mac in May of 2007 after 4 years of sales experience in the wireless industry. Most recently, Mr. Rackham worked as Director of Customer Relations for Spring Communications where he focused on customer lifecycle management, providing a superior customer experience beyond the point of purchase for wireless customers. Prior to Spring, Mr. Rackham was a Market Sales Manager and served as VP of Verizon Sales for Alert Cellular.
